My name is Aaron McLeod, and I've spent more than 30 years in the home service industry. During that time, I've met many outstanding professionals, but few have impressed me as much as my fellow entrepreneur, Tammy.
Tammy is the wife of a veteran, a mother, and a highly accomplished professional. She earned both a law degree and an MBA from California State University and spent more than 13 years as an IT Project Manager. Yet despite her successful career, she chose a different path—one driven by a desire to help homeowners have a better renovation experience.
Construction has always been part of Tammy's life. Her mother owned a construction company, and growing up around the industry gave her a deep appreciation for building, remodeling, and interior design.
The Turning Point
Everything changed when Tammy's own home suffered severe water damage from a plumbing leak. The entire flooring throughout her two-story home had to be replaced.
Unfortunately, the experience with the contractor and flooring company fell far short of her expectations.
Instead of accepting that this was simply "how the industry works," Tammy asked a different question:
